Live Longer Subscription Terms

When you choose a subscription with Live Longer, you get a discounted price in exchange for committing to a short-term minimum term. Below you will find an overview of the most important terms and conditions.

1. Minimum 2 deliveries per subscription

  • When choosing a subscription with an introductory discount (e.g. 50% on the first delivery), you commit to at least two (2) deliveries.
  • Delivery no. 1 is sent with the agreed introductory discount.
  • Delivery no. 2 is sent with the agreed on further discount (e.g. 10%), as stated in the order image and in the order confirmation.
  • The subscription can only be terminated when delivery no. 2 has been completed and paid for.

2. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel under the Right of Cancellation Act when ordering for the first time.

  • The right of withdrawal only applies to the first delivery in the subscription.
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be used for renewal / delivery no. 2 of the subscription.
  • If you exercise your right of withdrawal on the first delivery, your subscription will be terminated and you will not be charged for delivery no. 2.

3. Subscription cancellation

You can request to cancel your subscription at any time after a minimum of two deliveries have been completed.

  • The subscription can be cancelled via your online user portal.

4. Return of delivery no. 2

If delivery no. 2 in the subscription is returned to us (for example, due to package not being collected or incorrect address), the following applies:

  • The amount for delivery no. 2 is not refundable.
  • You can have the shipment resent by paying new postage/shipping.
